At BNI Himachal, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent experience for all our members and event participants. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations are handled for memberships, events, and services.

1. Membership Cancellation

  • Non-Refundable Membership Fees: Once payment has been made for a BNI Himachal membership, the membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Early Termination: If you choose to terminate your membership before the end of the term, no refund will be issued. Membership benefits will continue until the end of the current term.
  • Renewal Cancellations: Members may choose not to renew their membership by informing BNI Himachal in writing before the renewal date. Failure to cancel before the renewal date may result in automatic renewal and associated charges.

2. Event Cancellation

  • Cancellation by Attendee: If you are unable to attend an event for which you have registered, please note that no refunds will be provided for cancellations initiated by attendees.
  • Cancellation by BNI Himachal: If BNI Himachal cancels or reschedules an event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option to either:
    • Receive a full refund of the registration fee.
    • Apply the registration fee to a future event.
  • Force Majeure: In the event of cancellations due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, BNI Himachal reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events. In such cases, refunds or future event credits may be offered at our discretion.

3. Product or Service Cancellations (If Applicable)

If BNI Himachal offers any products or additional services, cancellations for such purchases are subject to the following:

  • Digital Products: Cancellations and refunds for digital products are not allowed once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
  • Physical Products: If a cancellation request is made before the shipment of physical products, a full refund will be processed. Once the product has been shipped, cancellations will no longer be accepted, and the standard return policy will apply.

4. No-Show Policy for Events

If you register for an event and do not attend without prior cancellation or notification, no refunds or credits will be issued. For events with limited seating or availability, your no-show may affect your eligibility for future events.

5. How to Cancel
