At BNI Himachal, we are committed to providing high-quality services and membership experiences. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered for our services and memberships.
1. General Policy
Refunds are not typically provided for memberships, events, or services offered through bnihimachal.com, except under special circumstances described below. We encourage you to review our services thoroughly before making a purchase or registering for an event.
2. Membership Fees
All membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been made. BNI Himachal memberships are granted on an annual basis, providing access to a variety of networking and business development resources. As membership benefits are accessible immediately upon joining, refunds for memberships will not be issued.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Refund requests must be submitted via email at akhilesh@bni-himachalpradesh.in or by contacting Akhilesh Hora (Executive Director) at +91 98881 02266 on or before 10th February 2026.
- If a refund is approved, you will be required to re-register at the current prevailing rate at the time of booking to secure your seat.
- Between February 11 and March 11, no refunds will be issued. However, payments made during this period can be adjusted towards Shikhar 3.0.
The management committee and regional team reserve the full right to cancel any registration at their discretion. No prior information is required before cancellation.
Applicants will be informed of the cancellation via email.
The email notification will also specify whether a refund is applicable, depending on the circumstances of the cancellation.
4. Product Purchases (If Applicable)
If BNI Himachal offers any products for sale on bnihimachal.com, refunds will be handled as follows:
- Defective Products: If a product purchased from us is defective or damaged upon arrival, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt to request a replacement or refund.
- Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Please ensure you thoroughly review product descriptions before making a purchase.
5. Refund Processing Time
To request a refund, please contact us at akhilesh@bni-himachalpradesh.in with your order or registration details. Eligible refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receiving your request and required documentation.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during the purchase. If the original payment method is not available, alternative arrangements may be made at our discretion.
6. Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Non-attendance at events without prior cancellation by BNI Himachal.
- Partial participation in events or membership benefits.
- Services that have already been rendered or delivered.
- Digital content or downloadable resources (if any) once accessed or downloaded.
7. Changes to the Refund Policy
BNI Himachal reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and where appropriate, notified to you via email. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.

9. Refund Credit Time
After processing, the refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method within 3 business days, depending on your financial institution’s policies.
