What are the key benefits of attending Shikhar 2.0?
Shikhar 2.0 is not just a two-day event — it is a structured networking journey.
- Weekly virtual Zoom meetings have already started for registered participants.
This means you begin connecting with fellow attendees weeks before the event. - You get clarity on whom to meet and why — before arriving in Manali.
- Two full days of in-person immersive networking.
- Multiple structured one-to-one sessions.

This is the only event where networking starts before the event itself.
What is included in the registration fee?
The full registration package includes:
- Entry to all event activities for two days
- One person’s stay (10th & 11th night)
- Meals from pre-event lunch on Day 1 till dinner on Day 2
- Access to entertainment evenings
- Networking sessions
- Event materials & ID card
Note: Breakfast on 12th (checkout day) is not included.
What is the registration fee?
- Full Package (with stay): As per current pricing (including taxes)
- Event Only Registration: ₹8,500 + 18% GST
Event-only registration does not include stay.
Gold Club Member discount is available only for eligible Gold Club members (not transferable).
Is on-the-spot registration available?
Yes, on-the-spot registration will be available for event-only participation, subject to availability.
Stay-inclusive registrations may not be available on the spot.
Can I transfer my ticket to another member?
No. Registrations are non-transferable.
Is the registration refundable?
Currently, registrations are non-refundable.
In genuine exceptional cases, the organizing team may review the situation and consider adjustment for future events at their discretion.
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving and completing hotel check-in by 11:00 AM on Day 1.
- Pre-event lunch: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
- Event sessions begin at: 2:00 PM sharp
Please check in at your allocated hotel first. Your ID card and event materials will be issued there.
When does the event conclude?
Formal event sessions conclude by 9:00 PM on Day 2.
Entertainment activities may continue till approximately 11:00 PM.
Checkout is on the morning of 12th as per hotel timing.
Are ID cards mandatory?
Yes. ID cards are mandatory throughout the event.
Your ID card will also serve as your access credential for meals and sessions.
What kind of networking sessions can we expect?
- 3 structured one-to-one networking rounds
- 5–6 open networking opportunities
- Informal relationship-building sessions
- Opportunity to create Power Teams on the spot
No pre-scheduled Power Team meetings are planned currently.
Can non-BNI members attend?
No This event is exclusively for BNI members and registered spouses.
Business visitors or unregistered guests are not permitted.
Can I bring my spouse or family?
Spouses can attend if properly registered.
If traveling with family members, separate stay arrangements may need to be managed accordingly.
What is the nearest airport and railway station?
- Nearest Airport: Kullu–Manali Airport (Bhuntar)
Approx. 30 km / ~1 hour drive to Manali.
Railway access typically connects via Chandigarh or Ambala, followed by road travel.
Is airport pickup/drop available?
Airport transfers may be arranged at additional cost.
Details and charges will be shared closer to the event date.

Who should I contact for travel and stay assistance?
The official travel and hospitality partners will assist with:
- Airport transfers
- Additional hotel bookings
- Local sightseeing
- Family travel arrangements

What is the expected weather in Manali?
Pleasant weather is expected.
Light woolens, jackets, or pullovers are recommended, especially for evenings.
Snow may be visible on nearby mountains depending on weather conditions.
Are vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals available?
Yes. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options will be available.
If you have any specific dietary requirements, please inform the organizing team in advance through the room allocation form or official contact.
Is alcohol included?
No. Alcohol is not included as part of the event package.
Will there be Wi-Fi and network connectivity?
Yes.
- Wi-Fi will be available at the hotel property.
Mobile network connectivity is generally good at the venue.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
The venue has limited wheelchair accessibility.

What is the expected number of attendees?
We are expecting 250–300+ business leaders and members from across regions.
When will the final schedule be released?
The final detailed schedule will be released approximately two days prior to the event.
A broad agenda will be shared earlier.
Is there a dress code?
- Daytime: Smart formals
- Evening: Smart casuals (blazers recommended)
