For events organized by BNI Himachal, refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation by BNI Himachal: If the event is canceled by BNI Himachalfor any reason, you will be entitled to a full refund of the registration fee.
  • Cancellation by Attendee: No refunds will be provided if you cancel your event registration for any reason.
  • Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions, BNI Himachal reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event. In such cases, you will have the option to receive a refund or apply the fee to a future event.

4. Product Purchases (If Applicable)

If BNI Himachal offers any products for sale on bnihimachal.com, refunds will be handled as follows:
